"Sebastian came out for a stump removal and ground out a large multi-stem rubber tree stump for us on a retention pond bank. Roughly 4 feet across at the base with a dozen trunks feeding into one fused root crown, plus a lot of exposed lateral roots running out into the yard. Not a simple job and he handled all of it perfectly! A few things stood out that really impressed us. He submitted the 811 locate ticket himself and rescheduled the job so the utilities had time to come out, which I appreciated since he could have just pushed forward. When I asked about grinding depth, he explained honestly what the machine can actually achieve on sloped ground instead of promising a number he might not hit. Communication was quick and clear throughout, and the paperwork came over fast and up front. He was ready and able to answer all of our questions. He also mulched everything on site instead of hauling it off so we could use it in our garden, and left the area raked and cleaned up. Price was fair for the size of the stump and the lateral roots. Would hire again for stump and root grinding, awesome job!"
